Our four pillars
Buyer protection
Every purchase is protected. Your payment is held securely by our payment processor and only released to the seller after the event, or once you confirm you've received valid tickets. If your tickets don't arrive or aren't valid, you get a full refund.
Seller verification system
Sellers earn trust through a four-tier verification system: email, phone, government ID, and bank account. Each level increases their trust score.
Secure payments
All payments are processed through PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never store card details on our servers.
Price transparency
What you see is what you pay. No surprise fees at checkout. The only charge beyond the ticket price is a small, clearly disclosed processing fee.
Seller trust score
Every seller has a trust score from 0–100. Higher scores mean more verified, more reliable sellers.
Email verification
Confirms the seller controls the email address
Phone verification
SMS verification confirms the seller is a real person

Government ID match confirms legal identity
