Our four pillars
Buyer protection
Every purchase is protected. Your payment is held securely by our payment processor and only released to the seller after the event, once delivery is confirmed. If the seller doesn't send your tickets in time, you're refunded in full automatically, and if they don't work you can open a dispute.
Seller verification system
Sellers earn trust through a four-tier verification system: email, phone, government ID, and bank account. Each level increases their trust score.
Secure payments
All payments are processed through PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never store card details on our servers.
Price transparency
What you see is what you pay. Buyers pay no fees: no processing, service or booking fee is added at checkout.
Seller trust score
Every seller has a trust score from 0-100. Higher scores mean more verified, more reliable sellers.
