How long does a transfer take?

Instant Transfer listings transfer immediately. Standard Transfer listings require the seller to complete the transfer within 24 hours of your purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — if the tickets were not received, invalid, or don't match the listing. Open a dispute from your orders page within 72 hours of the transfer.

What are the fees?

Buyers pay one honest all-in price with a 5% processing fee baked in — nothing added at checkout. Sellers pay a low flat seller fee deducted from their payout (see your listing for the current rate) — far less than StubHub and the rest.

How do I reach my seller or buyer?

For security, direct contact details are not shared until both parties have confirmed a transfer is in progress. Use the messaging feature within your order page.

How do I close my account?

Email support@freelyseat.com from the address on your account. We'll process your request within 5 business days. Outstanding transfers must be resolved first.
